With regards to being a CEO, you can never take your team members for granted. So, be able to invite everyone for a team building adventure. You shall easily improve the morale of your workers. In that situation, they will stop complaining on how hard their daily tasks are. No profession is easy and you need to make your people realize that they have families to feed before anything else. Every factor needs to be considered before they file their final resignation letter.

For the high rank managers, you can provide them with additional monetary incentives. In that scenario, you could be assured of a complete roster even if they have to leave their families behind for the weekend. Again, allow everybody to forget about their normal routine and let loose in the coming days.

Difficulties in this office need to be out in the open. Be certain that your people will never be afraid to come to you directly. In that scenario, there will be no blind curves to the way you do business. Every problem can be solved together because you are working as one in reaching the goals of the outlet.

Manage to reiterate the main metrics which you are expecting from them. You may be a family but the fact remains that you are running a business. Therefore, simply set realistic goals and let it be known that extra incentives are waiting for those who are working harder than everybody else.

Improve the processes by conducting an open forum. Allow everybody even those in the lower ranks to make an input on how things can get better in an office. Remember that success is something which you cannot achieve without these people. So, keep them in mind whenever you are making changes to the company.

Do not forget to emphasize team work during their entire stay. Teach them to set aside their difference because they have all been hired simply because of their impeccable skills. Therefore, one has no reason to be jealous of the other.

You should have assurance that everybody knows the aspects that they need to improve. Nobody can ever be perfect but you can always administer seminars for everyone to excel at what they do for a living. Lead them to have bigger dreams even at this early point of their career.

Overall, you must push through with this event no matter what happens. Yes, it can be postponed but always manage to give the team something to look forward to in the near future. In that scenario, they will stop slacking at work and you will not be required to be there all the time. Your managers can start to relax as well and the success rate of the outlet can be maintained in the best way possible at this point.
